Faith-Informed Leadership
I am a Senior Director of IT Delivery at Compassion International, where I lead multiple Agile engineering teams and drive enterprise digital transformation. With over two decades of technology leadership, I hold an MBA in Technology Management and a BS in Mathematics — and five US patents issued between 2011 and 2014.
But my story does not begin and end in a boardroom. I am also a Christian author, Bible teacher, and keynote speaker whose work bridges the strategic and the sacred. Based in Houston, Texas, my wife Karen and I are deeply rooted in our faith community — and that faith shapes every dimension of my professional and creative life.
